Prices agreed and paid are for passengers being ready to travel at the confirmation of booking.
Prices quoted are for the travelling destinations only, any diversions or stop over will incur additional charges.
Please note, additional 50% of the quote will be added to the charges on the following days 24, 25, 26 ,31 of December and 1st of January.
The customer has to provide accurate and correct information when making bookings, this includes the flight details, destination address, passenger details, baggage details and any other information required by the service provider.
The service provider is not responsible for any incorrect information regarding bookings.
An email will be sent to customers confirming the bookings. It is the customers responsibility to notify us if they do not receive an email.
Bookings by phone may be recorded for training and verification purposes.
Amendments to the bookings are accepted 48 hours prior the scheduled time. Any amendments within 12 hours will incur additional charges.
Cancellations must be made 8 hours prior to pick up time. Any cancellations received under 8 hours are subject to full charge.
The service provider can cancel any bookings/requests/amendments prior to confirmation.
We accept most credit and debit cards. Credit card payments will incur an extra charge of £3.00 Debit card £1.00.
Cash payments are to be made to the driver and credit card payments should be made with the booking.
Company Account payable by cheque or bank transfers based on agreed terms.
All meets apart from airport waiting time are free for the first 10 minutes; thereafter the customers will be charged 30p per minute on the entire waiting time.
Airports meets: 40 minutes free waiting time from the time of landing, thereafter the customers will be charged 30p per minute.
There is no additional charge for flight delays.
Any missed flights should be informed to the service provider immediately, if the customers have paid us in full, £8.00 will be deducted as the transaction cost and the rest will be refunded.
A maximum time of 10 minutes for address collections & 60 minutes for airport/seaport collections will be allocated as waiting time, If the customers doesn't turn up or inform us about their travelling status the reservation will be termed as "no show".
The service provider will charge in full the quoted amount and will not refund if the reservation is termed as "no show".
While every care is taken from the service provider, customers are responsible to their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage.
